VisDux offers flexible subscription plans combined with a one-time infrastructure setup fee.
All plans include Git repository management and Zenodo data deposition in full compliance with Open Science and European research project requirements.

Basic Plan

€150 / month / project
One-Time Setup: €2,500 / project

Includes:

• Governance and naming conventions

• License & IP setup

• Initial Zenodo repository linking

• DOI generation

• User roles, access control & security

• Monthly repository maintenance

Pro Plan

€300 / month / project
One-Time Setup: €5,000 / project

Includes everything in Basic, plus:

• Advanced reporting

• European Commission review support

• Periodic technical and compliance audits

• Enhanced Zenodo dataset management

• DOI versioning & update tracking

Designed for projects with active dissemination, reporting obligations, and stricter audit requirements.

Enterprise Plan

€500 / month / project
One-Time Setup: €10,000 / project

Includes everything in Pro, plus:

• Full European Commission reporting support

• Open Science compliance management

• Audit preparation & review session support

• Long-term sustainability and exploitation planning

• End-of-project archival and governance support

Designed for large-scale flagship projects with high regulatory, visibility, and long-term sustainability demands.

Important Notes

• All plans include both Git repositories and Zenodo repositories.

• One-time setup fees cover the full architectural, legal, and governance foundation for the entire project lifetime.

• Monthly fees cover continuous operation, compliance, reporting, and sustainability management.

Repository Hosting & Long-Term Availability

All repositories will remain active and publicly available within the lifetime of the hosting Git, Zenodo, or other relevant repository platforms as requested by the customer. Selected repositories may be nominated for long-term preservation initiatives such as the Arctic Code Vault Contributions, subject to eligibility and customer approval.
